Welcome! I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health provider with a commitment to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and find their inner strength. I am dually licensed as a mental health provider and an addiction counselor and have experience in residential and outpatient settings. I also have a background in clinical supervision and have served as a clinical director.

I take a collaborative, and holistic approach tailored to each of my clients’ needs to help them attain the personal growth they are striving for. I utilize a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Attachment Focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapies, and other modalities based on client needs.

Together, we’ll work to unlock the tools and resilience within you, gradually dismantling the barriers that trauma and shame have created. We will work together to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to guide you towards a life filled with self-compassion, self-acceptance, and a bright future. Let’s embark on this healing journey together, one step at a time.
