As a trauma-focused, EMDR-trained therapist, I offer a supportive and collaborative space for individuals navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that each person has the capacity to heal, reconnect with themselves, and build the life they deserve. I support clients in progressing at a pace that aligns with their sense of safety, readiness, and personal agency.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic and nervous system regulation, and mindfulness. I tailor my approach to your specific needs, meeting you wherever you are in your healing journey.

I bring experience from the intensive outpatient (IOP) level of care, where I supported individuals navigating a wide range of complex mental health challenges, including trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and relational difficulties. In this high-acuity setting, I provided both individual and group therapy, collaborated within multidisciplinary teams, and helped clients build practical coping tools while addressing the deeper roots of their emotional distress. This experience has deepened my ability to hold space for crisis and support clients in creating meaningful change even in the midst of instability.

I’ve also completed Washington State’s 50-hour Domestic Violence Advocate training and have extensive experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault both as an advocate and as a therapist. I understand the deep and complex layers of trauma associated with abuse and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to process, heal, and rebuild. My approach is always trauma-informed and grounded in safety, empowerment, and respect.

Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning to deepen your work, I strive to create a space for you where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can explore what healing looks like for you.
